Before beginning training with Run Free K9, please review and complete the necessary contracts and forms below.

 

These documents help us gather important information about you and your dog, outline our policies, and ensure a safe, positive training experience for everyone involved.

I understand that the time of booking a service, payment must be completed to hold my spot.
I am aware that the cancellation policy mandates a 48-hour notice before the lesson. Not complying to the policy may result in forfeit of lesson or a $65 fee.
I understand that there are no refunds for training
I understand that RFK9 may takes photos and videos during training for educational purposes. Do you consent to this?
